The Opportunity
Scale Venture Partners, a leading West Coast firm investing at the forefront of AI and Fintech, set out to bring their GTM AI Summit to New York City in a way that felt intentional, elevated, and far from a typical conference room gathering. Their goal was to create a space where tech and AI leaders could think boldly, exchange ideas openly, and connect with the energy of NYC. They needed a partner who could translate a Silicon Valley-rooted brand into a uniquely New York experience - refined, unexpected, and built for human connection.
Our Solution
To deliver on this vision, we anchored the summit in the Brant Foundation in NYC’s Lower East Side - a striking, architectural space defined by clean concrete planes and balanced with beautiful natural light.
To set the tone, we hosted a warm, intimate welcome dinner the night before at La Mercerie - grounding the group in a chance to connect and ease into the following day’s agenda.
Creative Implementation
Moonage utilized the venue's five distinct floors to build a dynamic upward-flowing experience, creating organic opportunities for conversation. This progression encouraged guests to move, explore, and engage at every turn. Hospitality was woven into every layer. A barista bar anchored the morning, soft lounge groupings created pockets for intimate conversations, and long family-style tables set beside floor-to-ceiling windows invited guests to settle together over lunch while taking in the NYC views.
The mainstage design was bold in shape and color - an intentional expression of Scale’s energy and the momentum of the day’s conversations. It set the tone for a summit that felt alive, modern, and built for the future.
