The Opportunity
Odyssey Forum was created to bring together an exceptional community of founders, investors, creatives, academics, and cultural leaders for several days of meaningful conversation and connection. Hosted at the historic Abbaye des Vaux de Cernay outside Paris this year, the gathering sought to foster intellectual curiosity, relationship-building, and the exchange of ideas in an environment intentionally removed from the traditional conference setting.
Our Solution
Moonage partnered with Odyssey Forum to design and produce a multi-day experience that transformed the abbey into a living salon for dialogue and discovery. Through curated discussions, intimate dinners, wellness programming, live music, and thoughtfully designed social moments, every element was crafted to encourage authentic connection and meaningful engagement among attendees.
Creative Implementation
Rather than relying on stages and presentations, the experience unfolded through carefully orchestrated moments across the property—from historic dining halls and garden gatherings to wellness sessions and late-night conversations. By seamlessly blending programming, hospitality, design, and atmosphere, Moonage created an environment where ideas, relationships, and new perspectives could emerge naturally, making the forum as memorable for its human connections as for the conversations themselves.
